Sales Development Representative

What they need:

As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first person with whom our prospective customers interact and you’re responsible for that all-important first impression. You identify if there is a good fit between Glofox and the prospect, answer their questions, and get them excited about taking the next steps to becoming a valued customer. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, entrepreneurial people person, who is looking to kickstart a successful career in sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
  • Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and web chat to analyse their needs, answer their questions, and handle any objections
  • Create a great first impression by providing all prospects with a world-class experience from the word go
  • Ensure that prospects for whom we can add value are excited to move forward with us, and those for whom we aren’t the right solution still walk away with a positive experience
  • Pass qualified opportunities over to our Account Executives
  • Follow-up with prospects to help uncover new opportunities and nurture existing leads
  • Become an expert in our product offering and the dynamics of the fitness industry
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion

What skills you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years’ software sales / marketing experience
  • Great work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluency in English
  • Interest in the fitness industry a plus
  • Team player and ability to work in a high-energy sales environment

Product Manager

  • What skills you’ll need:
    • You have experience in product management with a focus on software products and technologies
    • You will have at least 3+ years product management experience
    • You are extremely customer-centric, commercial, entrepreneurial with an appreciation of user-experience
    • You have experience and track record of building successful business products, using data, customer feedback and common sense
    • You have a hands-on approach to product discovery, user research and story telling to get the right user stories that really give our customers what they need
    • You are able to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically
    • You love solving problems
    • You have experience working with engineers and designers in short iterations

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Help shape and drive the strategy for your value stream
    • Lead product discovery through direct client engagement and research in order to gain market insights and drive payment product strategy
    • Talk to customers daily to understand their problems and how they relate to the strategic goals of Glofox
    • Analyse user and usage data to set the context in which world-class user experiences will be built
    • Drive the business case, including revenue streams and pricing decisions, for new value propositions at Glofox
    • Partner daily with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Design, Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience to build product
    • Understand the competitive landscape and evolving market needs, identify opportunities and define the direction of your value stream
    • Collaborate to scope solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as you can, gather feedback and iterate
    • Constantly evaluate if the solution has solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures
    • Support product marketing in developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates Glofox’s products in the market, and collaborate on delivery to market

Collections Specialist

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience of Collection/allocation Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with external customers.
  • Strong organizational and administration skills, with ability to anticipate business needs quickly
  • Proficient in G-suite and/or Excel.
  • Ability to work in multiple systems and quickly move from one system to another.
  • Attention to detail and aptitude to work with a volume of data processing.
  • Understanding of audit requirements.
  • Able to function independently as well as with a team effectively.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Chargebee or similar billing system.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Salesforce.
  • Background in SaaS or Technology company
  • Understanding of PSPs (Stripe, Paypal, Braintree, Adyen) or GoCardless
  • Bachelor’s degree or Accounting qualifications

What you will be doing:

  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
